Bio

Israeli (b. 1976, Jerusalem) is a contemporary painter currently living and working in Tel Aviv and Herzliya.

She earned her B.F.A. with honors from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem in 2002, during which time she also studied at the Glasgow School of Art. In 2005, she completed her M.F.A. at Goldsmiths, University of London.

During her time in the UK (2003–2005), Israeli exhibited in several prominent London galleries, including FA Projects (curated by Carl Kostyál), the Robert Sandelson Gallery (curated by Andrew Renton), among others.

In 2006, she returned to Israel and has since continued to exhibit extensively both locally and internationally.
